Bonus Terms

1. General information

1.1. These Bonus Terms govern the crediting, use and wagering of bonus funds on the Website. They form an integral part of the Terms of Use and are to be read together with them. Terms defined in the Terms of Use have the same meaning in these Bonus Terms.

1.2. The conditions of each individual bonus or promotion are set out in the description of the relevant promotion published on the Website. In the event of any conflict, the conditions of the individual promotion prevail in respect of that promotion only.

All material conditions of the relevant bonus or promotion, including any wagering requirements, validity periods, maximum Bet limits and maximum cashout limits, shall be made available to the Client before activation or participation.

1.3. The Client’s participation in any promotion, the activation of a bonus or the use of a promotional code constitutes the Client’s acceptance of these Bonus Terms and of the conditions of the relevant promotion.

1.4. The Balance of the Account consists of the Real Balance and the Bonus Balance. Bonus funds credited by the Company are credited to the Bonus Balance.

1.5. The Client may hold several bonuses on the Bonus Balance at the same time; however, only one bonus may be active at any given moment. The Client may switch between the bonuses held at any time at their own discretion.

1.6. A bonus is available to the Client only where it is displayed in the Client’s Account. Bonuses not intended for the Client are not displayed. The Company may inform the Client of available offers by email, SMS or through other communication channels.

Promotional communications shall not be directed to minors, self-excluded Clients or Clients subject to an active cooling-off period. The Company may also restrict promotional communications to Clients identified as vulnerable or at risk of gambling-related harm.

1.7. Where a bonus has been credited as a result of a manifest or technical error, or to a Client who was clearly ineligible under the applicable promotion terms, the Company may cancel the bonus and any winnings directly derived from it. Funds forming part of the Client’s Real Balance independently of the bonus shall not be affected.

2. Bonus funds and wagering requirements

2.1. A bonus wagering requirement is the number of times the Client must wager bonus funds before those funds, and any winnings obtained from them, become available for withdrawal. The requirement is expressed as a multiplier applied to the amount of the bonus, or to the amount of the deposit and the bonus taken together, and is specified in the conditions of the relevant bonus.

2.2. Before activation of a bonus, the Client shall be informed of the applicable wagering multiplier, the amount to which the wagering requirement applies, eligible games and applicable contribution rates, any maximum Bet limit, the validity or expiry period of the bonus and any maximum cashout limit.

2.3. Bonus funds and any winnings obtained from them may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

2.4. Once the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full, the bonus funds are transferred from the Bonus Balance to the Real Balance and become available for withdrawal.

2.5. Funds and winnings received from tournaments, promotional activities, partner networks and other third-party sources are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement of 2x the amount credited. Such funds and winnings may not be withdrawn until that requirement has been satisfied in full.

3. Bets and withdrawals with an active bonus

3.1. Bets are debited from the Real Balance first. Bonus funds are used only once the Real Balance has been reduced to zero or is insufficient to cover the Bet. This order of deduction shall be clearly disclosed to the Client before activation of the relevant bonus.

3.2. Winnings obtained from Bets funded by the Bonus Balance are credited to the Bonus Balance and do not themselves give rise to any additional wagering requirement.

3.3. Where the Client submits a withdrawal request before the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings directly derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Funds forming part of the Real Balance independently of the bonus shall not be forfeited. Where technically available, the Client will be informed of the consequences of the withdrawal before confirming the request.

3.4. Where the Client’s Balance is reduced to zero, any outstanding wagering requirement is cancelled and the bonus is closed. Cancellation of the requirement in these circumstances does not entitle the Client to any compensation.

3.5. The Client may deactivate the Bonus Balance at any time and use the Services exclusively with funds held on the Real Balance.

4. Contribution of games towards wagering

4.1. Bets in the various categories of games contribute towards the satisfaction of a wagering requirement as follows:

1. 4.1.1. slot games — 100%;
2. 4.1.2. card games, including blackjack and video poker — 5%;
3. 4.1.3. roulette — 0%;
4. 4.1.4. live casino games — 0%;
5. 4.1.5. crash, instant and arcade-type games — 0%;
6. 4.1.6. the games listed in Annex 1 to these Bonus Terms — 0%.

4.2. Bets made in the games listed in Annex 1 to these Bonus Terms do not count towards the satisfaction of any wagering requirement. The Company may amend the list from time to time and shall publish the current version on the Website. Any change that materially disadvantages the Client shall apply prospectively and shall not affect a bonus activated before the change, unless required by applicable law or regulatory requirements or necessary to correct a manifest error.

4.3. Where the conditions of a bonus specify a maximum Bet that may be placed while a wagering requirement is outstanding, that limit applies to the entire round of a game, including any subsequent rounds, re-spins and gamble or double-up features. Where the Client places a Bet exceeding that limit, only the amount up to the limit counts towards the satisfaction of the wagering requirement.

5. Limits on the withdrawal of bonus winnings

5.1. The maximum amount that may be withdrawn in respect of a bonus is specified in the conditions of that bonus.

5.2. No-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum cashout limit specified in the conditions of the relevant bonus. Where the Client’s winnings exceed that limit, the excess is deducted at the time of withdrawal.

5.3. Any maximum cashout limit applicable to a bonus shall be clearly disclosed in the conditions of the relevant bonus before activation.

5.4. Bonuses activated by promotional code are valid in respect of one deposit only and may not be combined with any other bonus.

5.5. The welcome offer is available in respect of the Client’s first Account only. Accounts associated through the same device, IP address, payment method or residential address may be reviewed by the Company together with other relevant information when determining eligibility for the welcome offer or possible bonus abuse.

6. Bonus abuse

6.1. Bonus abuse includes, in particular, the following:

1. 6.1.1. creating and using multiple Accounts in order to obtain bonuses repeatedly;
2. 6.1.2. concerted action by several Clients aimed at obtaining a bonus advantage;
3. 6.1.3. payment method cycling, and depositing and subsequently withdrawing funds without commensurate gaming activity;
4. 6.1.4. placing bets on mutually exclusive or opposing outcomes in order to convert bonus funds into withdrawable funds;
5. 6.1.5. the use of low-risk and risk-free strategies designed solely to satisfy a wagering requirement;
6. 6.1.6. exploiting errors in the conditions of a promotion, in the calculation of credits, or in the operation of bonus mechanics;
7. 6.1.7. abuse of the referral programme, including registration via one’s own referral link;
8. 6.1.8. deliberately and repeatedly exceeding the maximum Bet limit for the purpose of circumventing the applicable bonus conditions after the Client has been clearly informed of that limit.

6.2. The Company may review the Client’s betting history and Account transactions in order to identify potential bonus abuse. Where, following a reasonable review, the Company determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it may cancel bonuses credited, forfeit winnings directly attributable to the relevant bonus abuse, exclude the Client from participation in promotions, request verification where required under the Company’s KYC Policy, and restrict, suspend or close the Account where appropriate.

6.3. Where reasonable contact or verification is required to investigate suspected bonus abuse and the Company is unable to contact the Client using the contact details registered on the Account, the Account and the relevant bonus may be temporarily restricted pending completion of the review.

6.4. Where a bonus is cancelled as a result of abuse, the Company is not obliged to refund the Client any funds other than the initial deposit. Funds forming part of the Real Balance and obtained by the Client independently of the abuse are not subject to forfeiture.

6.5. The Client is prohibited from registering via their own referral link and from arranging the registration of linked persons in order to obtain referral remuneration.

7. Amendments and complaints

7.1. The Company may amend these Bonus Terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Website and will apply prospectively. Changes that materially disadvantage the Client shall not apply to bonuses activated before the effective date of the amendment, unless required by applicable law or regulatory requirements or necessary to correct a manifest error.

7.2. The Company may withdraw, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Withdrawal of a promotion does not affect bonuses already credited and wagered in accordance with these Bonus Terms.

7.3. Complaints and requests for clarification regarding the use of a bonus are submitted to the customer support team at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and are dealt with in accordance with the complaints procedure set out in the Terms of Use.

7.4. Any complaint or dispute relating to a bonus or promotion shall be handled in accordance with the complaints and dispute resolution procedure set out in the Terms of Use, including any applicable escalation to an Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism in accordance with the requirements of the Tobique Gaming Commission or the applicable Direct Licensee.

8. Cryptocurrency bonuses and valuation

8.1. Where a bonus, wagering requirement, maximum Bet or maximum cashout is expressed or displayed in cryptocurrency, the applicable value may be determined by reference to the relevant cryptocurrency amount, the Account currency or a fiat-equivalent reference value used by the Company.

8.2. The valuation method applicable to a promotion shall be disclosed where it may materially affect the Client’s bonus conditions.

8.3. Subsequent fluctuations in the market value of a cryptocurrency shall not retrospectively alter the wagering requirement, maximum Bet, maximum cashout or other material conditions applicable to a bonus already activated.

8.4. A Client may not use different cryptocurrencies, wallet addresses, blockchain networks or Accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions or wagering requirements.

Annex 1. Games that do not count towards the wagering requirement

Bets made in the games listed below do not count towards the satisfaction of the applicable bonus wagering requirement.

The Company may amend this list from time to time and shall publish the current version on the Website. Changes that materially disadvantage the Client shall not apply to bonuses activated before the relevant change, unless required by applicable law or regulatory requirements or necessary to correct a manifest error.
